Assertiveness
Would you like to feel better asserting yourself in communicating with others? Then the training of assertiveness is your right choice. Designed for all those who want to feel better in everyday communication with others - their employees, clients, colleagues and about saying 'no' without having to change themselves, the course is led as a practical assertiveness training, leaving the participants feeling more confident in their ability to handle difficult situations with others while feeling better about themselves. It is intended to allow you to immediately start applying the principles of assertiveness in your everyday life. A maximum of 8 participants on the course guarantee an individual approach to each participant's problem areas.
