We have been providing our services in the Czech Republic for five years, since 2000. We focus on the main areas of personnel management such as motivation, compensation, performance evaluation, assessment and development centers etc.

We offer public courses (behavioral method of interview conduct, compensation and benefits, business skills, consultant skills and communication skills, planning and organizing, time management) as well as we tailor projects to fit the client's needs and request, including individual manager coaching. To strengthen the effect of most of our courses we use outdoor and indoor experiential learning methods.

The consultants draw on their wide experiences of Human Resources work at the multi-national companies in the Czech Republic as well as abroad.

Among our clients there are prestigious global companies as well as small firms or subsidiaries which don't have their own personnel department. For the latter we furnish a global conception of personnel strategy and we help them to solve their concrete needs concerning the human resources.
